Hello Amber:

This notebook has everything in it that you can think of to keep you organized. When I take it to the doctors office with me the nurses ask me if there is any info that I need to add to my notebook. No more do I have to try to remember every surgery and the dates, nor do I have to remember the dates of chemo and radiation treatments because it's all at my fingertips! Before I got the MedTrakker I didn't keep up with my blood work nor did I really care. After I received my notebook I realized how much information is in a blood work up. I am so grateful that I found the MedTrakker! It has become part of me. Where I go, it goes and if I ever have to be admitted to the hospital and I am unable to communicate, my husband can use the MedTrakker to help answer any questions because everything is in this great notebook. Thank you Amber for creating this wonderful tool and for making our already hectic lives a bit easier with the MedTrakker!

Just a personal note to thank you for creating MedTrakker. It has literally saved my patients valuable wait time in being assessed before each of her Chemo treatments. Most of my patients come in with a manila folder filled with loose papers and notes; them being able to keep up with their treatment at every level in the convenient organizer has proven to be invaluable. THIS ORGANIZER IS WONDERFUL AS IT IS COMPREHENSIVE FOR THE CANCER PATIENT AND THEIR CARETAKERS. IT HAS JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW FROM APPOINTMENTS TO RECIPIES. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS IT IS MUCH TOO LARGE. VERY DIFFICULT TO CARRY AROUND TO DOCTORS AND HOSPITALS.

It will always be a 3 Ring Binder, this enables the paient and or care-giver to add important papers to the organizer. Thus it also enables them to remove papers they do not necessarily need. The organizer you received was a 2" capacity. I have downsized that to a 1" capacity 3 Ring Binder. I also recommend a tote bag for carrying the organizer to your Doctor or Lab Appointments. I purchased the organizer for my daughter who was diagnosed with cancer. She found it to be extremely beneficial. Not only was she able to keep all of her treatment history organzied, but in the Pain Management section of the organizer, there are recipes for different side effects. She suffered from mouth sores from the Chemo. She made the Mouth Sore Smoothie and she felt instant relief. What I personally liked, was when she got too sick to remember her appointments or her Dr's phone number, I could look in the organizer and everything I needed was right there. The personal Cancer Organizer is a great asset for every Cancer patient.

Absolutely the best gift I could have given:

I purchased the organizer for a close friend just recently diagonosed with cancer. She absolutely loved it. She can keep track of all her treatment information in one handy place. She really enjoys carrying it to her Dr's appointments and having the nurses fill out the Blood Count charts and her appointment calender for the whole month. I would highly recommend this organizer for anyone that is tired of having to look for misplaced important papers concerning there treatment.

Not Just A Beautiful Gift, But A Blessing For Me:

When my father was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago, it was horrible keeping track of all his information. I first tried keeping a database on his PC, but he would lose or misplace everything. As I wasn't able to be there for every appointment, as I lived quite some distance from him, it seemed impossible. Then I found this organizer while doing some research on the Net. I about jumped out of my seat as there just isn't anything else out there, & it is so complete. I immediately bought it for him as a gift, but it turned into quite a blessing for me. He now had a place for everything, & even though he didn't always keep it organized, now I could. Plus the doctors & nurses did a fantastic job of filling out the charts & calendars, & it kept me informed too. I could review all of the updated information when I couldn't accompany him to his appointments. He's now in remission, but this handy organizer has become a staple in our lives incase, God forbid, we ever need it again! This is one very valuable book I believe everyone should own & keep in their bookcase. Although this idea sprang up from a personal experience, & sorrow, much thanks goes out to the woman who came up with this concept!

A Marvelous Product:

When my best friend was first diagnosed, the paper-work alone was a tremendous task to keep in order. I went online to see if there was an organizer specifically made just for cancer treatment patients. I found one, and only one!! I thank God for giving this Woman the inspiration in designing this product. Every section of the Cancer Organizer from personal contact info, to keeping track of treatments, managing side effects associated with treatment, to Insurance tips, nutritional information and physical support was tailored to fit her needs.. Another key point to the organizer, because it is a 3 ring binder my friend did not need a separate folder for papers she accumulated; she could just add them to the binder.
